
Driving Innovation Together: Highlights from the Latest X-HuLog4.0 Project Meeting

On 2024-11-28, the X-HuLog4.0 team held a productive online meeting, bringing together representatives from all project partners, including VILNIUS TECH, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Technical University of Darmstadt (TUDa), and Saarland University. The meeting was moderated by the Manager of the Project Prof. dr. Aurelija Burinskienė from VILNIUS TECH.
Key topics discussed included:
· Planning Upcoming Conferences and Events: Moderated by Prof. dr. Aurelija Burinskienė, with Assoc. prof. dr. Sotirios Panagou presenting an overview of upcoming conferences and key focus areas.
· Demonstrating the Project Website: Assoc. prof. dr. Jolanta Nalivaikė showcased the website and encouraged all partners to actively share news and updates that will be published on the site.
· VILNIUS TECH Competencies: Assoc. prof. dr. Olga Lingaitienė shared insights on supervising PhD students, publishing in Q1 journals, and writing successful grant proposals, while prof. dr. Eric Grosse highlighted strategies for building partnerships with industry stakeholders.
· Reviewing Project Deliverables and Milestones:
o Prof. dr. Aurelija Burinskienė presented the Quality Assurance Plan to ensure high standards across all activities.
o Michael Bauer introduced the Data Management Plan to streamline data handling.
o Prof. dr. Fabio Sgarbossa discussed the Intellectual Property Management Plan for effective rights management.
· Strengthening Communication Strategies: Participants were encouraged to act as communication ambassadors for the project. Prof. dr. Aurelija Burinskienė emphasized adhering to European Commission communication requirements and highlighted the development of a Communication Plan and Communication Register.
