The INNO4LOGISTICS Doctoral School 2026, organised by VILNIUS TECH within the framework of the X-HuLog 4.0 project, will take place on May 12–13, 2026, in Vilnius, Lithuania. 

This international doctoral-level event is designed to strengthen professional, academic, and personal development competencies of PhD students through structured workshops, interactive sessions, and interdisciplinary exchange. 

The programme will focus on personal branding in academia, resilience in professional and research environments, and human-centered project writing using Large Language Models (LLMs), equipping participants with practical tools for academic and research excellence. 

Participation is possible exclusively through a competitive fellowship scheme (1000 EUR grant) awarded to selected international PhD students. 

The Doctoral School is organised within the EU-funded project: 
“Advanced Technologies and Human-Centered Logistics” 
(X-HuLog 4.0, Project 101159664, HORIZON-WIDERA-2023-ACCESS-02-01).

Scope

The INNO4LOGISTICS Doctoral School 2026 is an international two-day onsite event designed to strengthen doctoral researchers’ professional, academic, and personal development competencies in the fields of logistics, innovation, transport, management, engineering, and related interdisciplinary areas. 

The programme focuses on personal branding in academia, resilience in professional and research environments, and human-centered project writing using Large Language Models (LLMs). The Doctoral School promotes interdisciplinary exchange and international networking among PhD students. 

Participation is possible exclusively through a competitive 1000 EUR fellowship scheme. The number of places is limited.

By Air

Vilnius is easily accessible via Vilnius International Airport (VNO), located approximately 7 km from the city center. The airport offers connections to major European cities. From the airport, you can reach VILNIUS TECH by:

  • Taxi or Ride-Sharing Services: Approximately 15–20 minutes to SaulÄ—tekio al.
  • Public Transport: Bus No. 3G to the “SaulÄ—tekis” stop.

By Train

Vilnius Railway Station connects the city with other Lithuanian cities and neighboring countries. From the station, take bus No. 3G or a taxi to VILNIUS TECH, which is about 8 km away.

By Bus

Vilnius Bus Station is centrally located and serves international and domestic routes. From here, you can take public transport (Bus No. 3G or trolleybus No. 2) to “SaulÄ—tekis.”

By Car

VILNIUS TECH is conveniently located with parking available nearby. Use GPS navigation to reach SaulÄ—tekio al. 11.
